About Park Valley

The residential estate will be created in Park Valley, with building starting in 2022. The design of the estate seeks to maximise intergenerational interaction, achieved by a pedestrianised area with four green and intimate residential courtyards, among other features. Plenty of attention will be paid to biodiversity and circularity. The wood from any trees felled will be reused, with the landscape being green and climate-adaptive. Each building will be zero-energy. Park Valley will comprise 706 houses, 212 of which will be social housing and 170 for mid-price rental. There will be a whole range of amenities for residents, including a community school and a day nursery.
