Our history

2019 Start BPD Woningfonds

BPD Woningfonds was founded by Rabobank and BPD at the end of 2019. It is a unique housing fund in the Netherlands that consists entirely of sustainable and affordable new-build rental homes for middle-income households.

2018 Head office to Amsterdam

After an intensive renovation and transformation, the BPD head office is located in the National Monument Burgerweeshuis in Amsterdam.

2017 Independent part of Rabobank

BPD becomes a part of Rabobank as of 1 July 2017. This allows BPD to further shape its strategy aimed at a powerful growth perspective.

2015 Bouwfonds becomes BPD
