Boulogne-Billancourt, So Park

Boulogne-Billancourt will be home to the beautifully located ‘So Park’. This contemporary project has a layered design: shops with generous windows on the ground floor, several storeys of apartments above, and two storeys with penthouses at the top. Natural stone clearly connect the building to the park, and the utilised colours match the hues seen in other projects in the area.

The ‘So Design’ apartment building is situated on a small island. Its contemporary architecture features glass and metal, combining light and greenery with a high quality of living. The apartments range from one to five rooms, but there are also studio apartments and two houses with private gardens that open up into the courtyard. Loggias, balconies and large roof gardens that can be accessed from a number of apartments offer breathtaking views of Paris.

Every apartment has its own balcony. The patios on the top storeys offer an outdoor space with a magnificent view of Paris and Meudon.
