BPD considers it important to collect and share knowledge of area development with its business contacts, associates and other stakeholders. Which is why we regularly publicise the results of these surveys, as well as information about our domestic and international projects and items related to the perspectives and perceptions of others.
Our BPD Magazine aims to inspire with stories, photo reports and columns about relevant developments and trends in Europe which we have created for a special group of stakeholders in the Netherlands, Germany and France.
In the fourth edition of our magazine we will offer a wide variety of themes. This includes examples of temporary housing, but also personal portraits of migrants. In addition we will discuss the digitalisation of our industry. And we will take a closer look at housing for the elderly in Europe. The new forms of living being developed for the elderly in Germany are at minimum surprising and inspiring. Our biennial examination of the housing markets in France, Germany and the Netherlands will also be featured. This examination shows that demographic prospects remain good, and in light of the historically low interest rates, in fact extremely favourable.
We research the market in order to adapt to our clients’ needs.
